Terms and Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required when placing an order, balance to be paid on completion of the order
- Lead times 3 to 4 weeks from the time of confirming your order or otherwise advised
- You can collect directly from us, or we can arrange for delivery at an additional cost, our local Durban delivery service does assembling. All other areas and provinces our couriers will only deliver assembling needs to be done by you, we will give you a full assembling instructions. All of our deliveries are outsourced to courier services.
- Final payment has to made before collection or delivery takes place, all payment confirmations needs to be sent directly by the bank you bank with.
- Once orders are complete you are welcome to come in and view before final payment is made
- No cancellation on custom made orders.
- When ordering furniture please make sure that correct dimensions are given, you also need to make sure that the completed pieces are able to fit into your home, we will not be responsible for furniture that cannot be maneuvered into you room.
- When making EFT payments please use your name and surname as reference
- We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty, workmanship warranty is the construction of the furniture, paintwork in not included reason being if bumped, scratched or moved around or a toy thrown at the furniture, the paint will come out. If there is a problem and it lies on our part, we will gladly have it repaired. If there is something that needs to be fixed we gladly assist you, but a fee will be charged. Please note runners and handles are wear and tear and not included in the warranty.
